Log into your dedicated or cloud server as administrator.

Click on: Start
Click on: Control Panel

Under: Control Panel
On the top right
View By: (Click drop down) Category
Click on: Small Category
Click on: Folder Options
Under: Folder Options
Click on: View (Tab)
Under: Folders Views
Click on: Reset Folders
Click on: Apply
Click on: OK
